June ’26 Construction Update

June was a huge month for the new Nissan Stadium, and the excitement is building both inside and out!
To start off – we had two great announcements this past month worth another shoutout. The iconic Bluebird Cafe is opening its very first satellite location right in the new stadium, Bluebird East! This will be an incredible space built with songwriters in mind, and we can’t wait to hear what comes out of it. And to make sure you’re never fighting for a signal on gameday, the stadium will be the first in the country to run on Extreme Networks and MatSing’s cutting-edge Wi-Fi 7 technology, so staying connected, and posting those touchdown celebrations, will be easier than ever.
If you’ve driven by the site lately, you’ve probably noticed the stadium’s signature domed roofline starting to emerge. Crews just hit a major milestone, the lower net is fully secured to the compression ring, and now we’re completing all the vertical steel members (the ones that look like wind chimes!) in between. The wood and stone panels continue wrapping the building, giving it that unmistakable “home” look.
Inside, it’s really coming together. The massive East LED Board is nearing completion and Coca-Cola crews finished the first round of beverage line work across two full levels, meaning your favorite drinks will be flowing smoothly on gameday. The Titans locker room, field clubs, and press level are all starting to look like real spaces with drywall going up, and in the suites, work is underway on walls and custom finishes.
Great news for season ticket members, all seating sections in the 300 and 400 levels have been drilled for seat supports. The rest of the bowl will get prepped over the next few weeks. The first seat installation will start in late August in areas mostly under cover, and then the rest will wrap up as the building becomes enclosed and protected from elements.
As we head into the 2026 season and an exciting Farewell Season at the current Nissan Stadium, know that crews are working hard every single day to make the new stadium feel like home. And trust us, it’ll be here before you know it!
