Titans House Provides a Look at What’s to Come in New Nissan Stadium

Jim Wyatt, Senior Writer/Editor - Tennessee Titans

NASHVILLE – Construction at new Nissan Stadium is off and running on the East Bank of the Cumberland River.

Titans House, the experience center for the new home of the Titans, is on the verge of fully opening its doors, and on Monday, the team hosted a media preview of the space in Germantown.

The by-appointment-only center will give current PSL holders and new Nissan Stadium waitlist members a guided tour through an immersive experience to learn about membership and seating options available in the new stadium.

“The goal is to bring them into this space, and show them the look, feel and vibe of what a new Nissan Stadium will look like, and how we’re really doing our best to make this stadium for everyone, for Nashville,” Titans Vice President of ticket sales Jim Rice said on Monday. “(Titans House) does a great job of representing what this stadium will be, and how we’ve tried to encompass everything that our fans in this city have asked for.”

At Titans House, those interested in purchasing season tickets will have an opportunity to see a view from their seats, whether it’s in a suite, or typical seats, what the team is calling reserved seats. All the seats in the new stadium will be padded, Rice said.

Sales for new tickets will take place in three waves, beginning with premier seat memberships this summer and continuing in 2025 with two waves of reserved seat memberships.

“We literally have an experience for everybody, every Nashvillian,” Rice said. “So that is our goal, that when they come through here, they realize that we listened to them. And maybe wave one isn’t for them. But we have two other waves with over 30 price points, and each one comes with a different experience.”

Inside “Titans House” is a six-foot by eight-foot model of new Nissan Stadium that shows off every detail of the new stadium.

Rice said personal seat license (PSL) purchasers will have an opportunity to sign guitar picks that will be hung on a wall at the building. Ultimately, it will be transported to the new stadium and serve as a Founders’ wall similar to the one at the team’s current stadium.

Titans House will open for a limited number of appointments in May, and it will fully open to PSL holders and new Nissan Stadium waitlist members this summer.

“We want every visitor that comes to the Titans House to walk in and get the wow factor, immediately when they walk in,” said Reggie Polk, president and CEO of Polk & Associates Construction. “That’s the intent – right when they walk in those beautiful wood doors, you’re going to get an immediate ‘Wow’, and that’s what we were looking for in this space.”

Some key points about the new Nissan Stadium, and Titans House:

“We’ve already hit the ground running,” Polk said. “Progress is rolling. … Even right now as everyone is going by, they get to see the cranes. Everyone gets excited about seeing the cranes in the air, so that’s always a sign that things are moving. … People are getting excited about this, and I think just the buzz around Nashville of the new stadium, it’s great when you get to see some of the fruit that we’ve been working towards.”
