Titans Announce Partnership with Just Walk Out technology by Amazon, Creating A Frictionless Concessions Experience at the New Nissan Stadium

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (January 8, 2026) – The Tennessee Titans today announced a pioneering partnership with Just Walk Out technology by Amazon, which will enable the new Nissan Stadium to become the first-ever NFL venue to offer a completely frictionless experience at all concessions markets.

Launching with the opening of the new Nissan Stadium in 2027, the stadium’s 40+ concession locations will represent the largest single-venue rollout of Just Walk Out technology to date. Titans fans will be able to simply enter a concessions market, pick up the food and drinks they want, and walk out—with the technology automatically detecting what items fans take and charging their payment method as they leave. No scanning, no checkout lines, just seamless access to a wide selection of culinary offerings throughout the stadium’s markets. The result: less time waiting, more time cheering, and an elevated game day experience across the stadium.

“The Tennessee Titans are redefining what’s possible in sports food experience by becoming the first NFL stadium to offer Just Walk Out technology across all 40+ concession locations,” said Rajiv Chopra, Vice President of Just Walk Out at AWS. “Our work together represents the largest singlevenue deployment of Just Walk Out technology to date. Stadium operators can serve significantly more guests during peak periods and drive higher revenue, while fans spend more time enjoying the game and less time waiting in line.”

Just Walk Out technology was selected for use in the new Nissan Stadium after a competitive bid process and chosen for its shared passion with the team for delivering frictionless concessions experience for fans, its proven results in global sports and entertainment venues, and its ability to scale the technology for large-venue usage.

“Our vision is to create a truly frictionless event day experience for every Titans fan and stadium guest,” said Andrew McIntrye, Titans Sr. Vice President, Technology & Innovation. “By implementing Just Walk Out technology, we’re not only eliminating the frustration of waiting in lines but also unlocking more opportunities for guests to enjoy the unique amenities and energy of the new Nissan Stadium. This partnership truly redefines what’s possible for fan convenience, speed, and enjoyment.”

In addition to preparing for implementation of Just Walk Out technology by Amazon, the Titans are working to finalize an exciting variety of culinary options and local integrations, creating an authentically Nashville culinary experience inside the new Nissan Stadium.
