November Updates & Milestones

This Update Brought To You By Constellation logo

Big news— in November, we finished up the structural steel superstructure for the stadium! We had a great topping out celebration on Nov. 21 where the hard work of appx. 4,000 construction workers was celebrated by over 300 community members. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell attended, too, and said some great things about Nashville’s future in hosting a Super Bowl! See the photo gallery here.

Inside, the precast seating bowl is nearing the goal line with 2,130 of 2,461 pieces now in place. Every seat brings fans closer to the action — about 38% closer than in the current stadium — for an electric gameday experience.

Construction-wise, since the steel structure is now ready, the ETFE crew is on site, prepping cables for installation in December. Assembly on the field floor, and then eventually be raised up onto the roof.

The precast seating bowl is almost done too, with 2,339 out of 2,445 pieces set. We’ll wrap up the last few in December.

On the ground, all the concrete slab pours around the field wall are finished. Just the playing field itself is left, but that’ll wait until the cranes are done with the ETFE installation—so, look for that around mid-2026.

Inside, over 80% of the concrete masonry walls are up, and we’re aiming to be done with masonry by the end of January 2026. With steelwork finished, the spotlight’s now on the stadium’s exterior enclosure—82,000 square feet of TPO membrane roofing is in, and the glass curtain wall is coming along nicely (685 out of 1,185 panels installed so far).

We’ve also made big progress with the elevators and escalators: 11 elevator cabs are being built, and all 44 escalators are now installed. Drywall work is moving fast, especially on the field and plaza levels, and we’re nearly halfway done with all the studwall framing inside.

And if you’re wondering about the behind-the-scenes essentials: kitchen buildouts are underway with new cooking hoods going in, and all six cooling towers have been delivered and installed, ready for the final piping stages.

It’s all coming together!
